Enterprise-Ozark Community College offers numerous short-term SPECIAL INTEREST courses in a variety of disciplines. Check the printed schedule for each term (or check the online schedule).

The Fine Arts Division regularly offers a class in Pottery under the tutelage of D. Plunkett of Dothan. We also offer special interests courses like Community Band which is a popluar class with young and "seasoned musicians" alike. It is a perfect course for those who wish to continue performing in a group setting.

New courses include Music Composition, and Beginning Music, and Concert Choir. There's talk of even more offerings in the future so stayed tuned!

"NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM"

In September 2007 the Fine Arts Division Faculty in conjunction with the Coffee County Arts Alliance held a reception and exhibition of the Presidential Purchases from each Piney Woods Arts and Crafts Festival. Along with these great works from local and "not so local" artist, the Visual Art Faculty displayed their recent works while the Music Faculty entertained "museum goers" with accompaniment to classical toons, jazz instrumentals, and classical piano - classical guitar duos. It was a fabulous event! The ARTS were alive that night!
